Men are disposable and get no sympathy from anyone in the society. No one attaches any "inherent" value to a man. It's all about their power and status. Women also contribute to this by rewarding the high status men.

That's not a negotiating tactic. That's called being an ass. There are more professional and polite ways of saying "we are able to offer you a junior-level salary".

You ignored the "So given that you don't really know what you are doing" part. With that included the question sounds rude and makes it sound like the candidate should be grateful for whatever they are going to pay. It's

This is wrong on so many levels it's borderline trolling. As if minifying and uglifying and mangling ASCII Javascript is so readable and accessible. It was fine for displaying a "Hello dear user please enter your name" dialog

I'm sure there are lots. The one that comes to mind now is Dropbox. It solved this problem: https://xkcd.com/949/ The interesting thing about it is that it's one of those problems that people wouldn't re

It's the result of people getting creative to save money. This kind of thing happens in all industries if it goes unchecked. Not that I particularly advocate for it but in other disciplines regulation, unions and certification bodies a

I am yet to see a proper easy production-ready GraphQL setup. Lots of "hello world" stuff out there. Throw in the requirements of a real SaaS and everyone shrugs.

Really doesn't fit in a quick comment. Just search around for Upwork horror stories. Not to mention that it's a giant race to the bottom anyways.

If I was to bet I'd bet on it being a single exceptional individual who managed to keep it secret than a group of people keeping it secret. Anything beyond a single person massively increases the probability of a leak.

I get it. My general point is that there's an imbalance between the method of application delivery and the importance of the application (or the frequency of use). The method that we have makes sense for frequent hopping between differ

I have done the AWS path in the past (and I'm pretty good with AWS mind you). In hindsight I would absolutely go with a $5 DigitalOcean droplet in the beginning. Focus on the product.
