I actually have a filter by language it's the last one in "Filter By" list. The website does try to guess your language based on your IP, but you can change it and it saves your setting.

I don't, spam posts are tagged as "Spam" and they are filtered out by default, but users can decide to unfilter them if they wish.

I think that although RSS isn't being advertised publicly on most of the sites anymore, it's still usable. I'm using Feedly and whenever I come across a blog or a website I like and want to follow, I just paste the URL there

That's a good idea! An accelerator for side-jobs or single-founder companies that aren't looking for more than a monthly salary and want to be their own bosses. They'll be getting an investment of a minimum yearly salary to j
