Pretty hard to say since it depends on the price you pay for electricity. But you can just watch the difficulty adjusting to see when people have started to turn off miners

I mean thats a slight inconvenience at the cost of not letting people be confused that they are not actually having an encrypted conversation. I still stand by my original statement and don’t understand how people are so mad about that. Sur

I agree i don’t see how you can knock signal in anyway for removing sms. What is the argument that this was some huge misstep i just don’t see it

The more useful signal becomes to the non tech crowd the better for everyone. Options are good and they are largely competing with WhatsApp although they have tiny market penetration right now

Ah yeah i was remembering wrong. I normally have this setup as a package level variable and then build and test. But yes its on the test that it’s actually caught

Panic at compile and run time are two very different things. must will panic before you ship your code to production no should want to make panic at runtime look nice

This doesn’t change the fact that signal is the best option for my grandma to use still. Moxie is no longer active in signal afaik. This is the new leadership.

Only issue i have is that they need to reduce the top speeds on the app based scooters. Way too many people flying around corners on the sidewalk and i have to peak around corners now in busy areas.

Just my opinion. But why would you lie about what will become a fairly big piece of news right before you are about to go through and be cutting a bunch of jobs. It would be almost certain to leak.

That happened before elon officially took over. He replied to a question about it on Twitter and i really don’t see him lying about it. Im not a elon fan. At all. but the knee jerk reaction he gets at this point is kind of deserved… however
