Here's a Linux loadable kernel module to make all outgoing packets "evil". (That I hope still works... haven't tested it in a while.) https://github.com/alwilson/evil

I was surprised by the the lack of source as well. OpenWebRX[1] appears to be a competent alternative that is AGPL. I wonder if either of them support the HackRF One... [1]: https://sdr.hu/openwebrx
