Just yesterday I gave Claude (via Zed) a project brief and a fresh elixir phoenix project. It had 0 problems. It did opt for tailwind for the css, but phoenix already sets it up when using `mix phx.new` so that's probably why. I don&#x

I'd love to hear from someone who's shipped a product into production with Ash. I've been considering using it for a new project but I'm a bit weary of introducing a whole second language. With it being macro based rathe

I'd be really keen to know more about what you're using it for, how you typically prompt it, and how many times you're reaching for it. I've had some success at keeping spend low but can also easily spend $4 from a singl

I'd be very curious to know how these results would differ across other LLM providers and education levels. My wife is a secondary school teacher (UK), teaching KS3, GCSE, and A level. She says that most of her students are using Snapc

Kudos for sharing something in the early stages. The obvious comparison is ActivityPub or Bluesky's protocol but I don't see anything in the readme. It would be good to see some kind of comparison, or reason that one would choose

The article mentions the UK Government Risk Register, which I've always thought was pretty interesting. They publish it each year (I think) as a PDF and it's very easy to access and read. https://assets.publishing.servi

Labour have no problem with it, just the same as the Online Safety Act which is causing chaos right now. They're fine with the legislation and have never expressed a desire to see it repealed. They didn't even do much to prevent i

I've just added the numbers of my kids school onto the list and it's been fine for me. I've never had them contact me from anything other than the schools number, but I'm in the UK and I would be very surprised if a teac

First of all, thanks for sharing numbers. I live in the UK and often hear folks from the US touting huge salaries and I figured living costs must be higher but never knew by how much. Second, this is absolutely wild to me. Is this your mont

It looks like the team behind it have been moving it towards more of an open standard over the last year. There's now a CLI reference implementation, and the Jetbrains IDE's have an implementation for it. There's also a threa

You should probably check it, in the UK this is pretty standard, and I believe it is in the US as well. I suspect most of Europe is similar as well. It will vary by company and industry, but in my experience when you ask HR and Legal to put

Great thanks for the info, this is along the lines I was thinking. I'm guessing that means you also have dedicated user accounts on the shared host for each developer? I suppose that would be pretty easy to manage with some ansible. I&

Do you have any more detail on how you're handling this on a shared host? My understanding is that the base remote containers + remote ssh extensions would require the code to exist directly on the remote host, and then the container t
