Great points here. We probably have a non-conformist flow when, even though the package deps are defined in the projects that aren't stand-alone, we define them and utilize them in the root projects. This has potential to footgun us. I

That does sound annoying. Though, in our reality it is only a half dozen evergreen projects and applications which are incorporated this way. I do imagine it will grow over time.

Our org is a very small team. The biggest boon is the capability to create cohesive experiences and UI in a small handful of applications that are in isolated codebases by sharing Component libraries. I also use it for improved DX with up-t

My codebase. I haven't experienced any pains as in this blog post. The biggest issue is to know about `git submodule init` and `git submodule update` for the one-time commands that have to be run. After that, each submodules' bra

What is the beneficial distinction between this and composing the monorepo with git submodules? I have been doing that in my codebase after suffering from all the regrets of attempting to emulate npm package releases of my modules. I feel t

Not to sound trite but I feel like your continued pressing of this issue evokes the entire "Do you even lift, bro?" meme. There are PaaS that can get you up in 3 clicks, but now you are in bed with k8s which is critical for the i

I'm expecting you are getting downvoted because of your assumptive and dismissive statement. The type of deployment you are suggesting is overkill to apply k8s as there is minimal to no orchestration.

There isn't any manipulation going on there what the parent comment suggests. When a business is cash strapped it does not have the funds to compete with salaries. However, the business can offer other benefits such as what the parent

I came here to praise the wonderful component implementation and use of Tailwind CSS. The searchable dropdown is splendid with its implementation. I was not aware of Untitled UI so I went to search that and it looks like it is just a Figma

I'm the target demographic here. I have 5 acres of mostly non-wooded property. I just need it cut and don't care for striping or any of that. I was mowing with a zero turn with 48" deck. Last year we upgraded to a much big

This is really cool and great attention to detail! I wonder how this project could converge into VR? Personally, I would love to play a game of Jeopardy in this manner in a retro stage setting.

We are in tens of gigabytes and not tens of terabytes. I don't think our approach would work well for that dataset size unless you are able to shed some historical data that you don't need to assert functionality.

I am currently in the same boat as you were and this looks fascinating. I was dreading having to migrate all of my CharFields to JSONField to support languages. I look forward to integrating this with i18next handling the frontend.
