If you get a early 2011 MBP you might be about to install linux on it. The models afterward have a new UEFI that does not allow OS's that aren't "allowed". Lookup the new UEFI to get more information about it.

I take it to mean, Ph.D; not from experience, but that's the only meaning that makes sense in the context.

Now that Motorola IS Google, it'd be safe to say google is interested in helping google?

I think this is close, but the real reason to me is the barrier to entry raised by the current state of campaign finance. Elections are bought today. No caps on spending. No limits on individual contributors. In addition, not just billionai

As to drivers, what reason does Goggle have to not release the driver code? This would be helpful to us that still want to use the latest Android more than 2 years after we spend $800 on a nexus phone. Sadly, the binary that is always locke

Just FYI, what andrew said sounded like a plan to me, but AWS only gives 750 hours with the free tier. Might suffice for now, but not forever. So looks like I'll have to do this on an linux vm instead (at home).

Where is the obfuscation bridge covered in more detail? (I've already checked the link in Jason's email.) He says it's highly technical, maybe to some it is, but it only coves installation; not how the obfuscation actually works: how a TLS

Because with Apple and MSFT requiring UEFI locked ARM devices, how much choice do you think will be available for people looking to buy ARM tablets they can run any OS on?

I'm referring to the wording. The author never hesitates to exclaim genius compliments, but equally opinionated proclamations about the negative aspects of his character not proclaimed. Facts are stated, but there are no proclamations desc

it may have technically been a resignation. you know; that old political game... the interviews show that everyone that knew and worked with him thought he resigned. only when they interviewed jobs did HE say he was fired.

As to character, this is far more revealing than that sanctioned bio. I found the bio to be biased: the author never failed to use "genius" but as far for negative qualities, they were brushed aside. Roughly 40 interviews in this pdf, from

You're right, the same rules should apply for everyone. The solution is simple: if a windows device with a locked bootloader is not acceptable, don't buy it. Buy android devices with open bootloaders if you want freedom to do whatever wit

I like the RDPD book*, but I couldn't even stomach the 4-hour work day. From page one, it screamed 100% false. Felt like I'd have to be retarded to believe any of it. Strangely, I haven't heard others say the same.

Is demand for Rails developers this high? There's this much of a shortage that there's no available talent to employ? This much of a shortage to add a $6,0000 premium on top of a brand new developer?
