What's wrong with a Roth IRA? You withdraw the principal penalty-free at any time, and you don't pay taxes on the growth in retirement. You don't even have to invest it in stocks if you're risk-averse.

My team uses Trello for project management and I couldn't be happier with it. It's very simple by default but you can make complex cards/items if necessary.

Battery saver mode was added back in recently, FYI. Though it still seems buggy. The app occasionally fails to wake after raising your phone.
