Our support and sales teams have been using this email relay tool to nice effect. We send gifts to our prospects and users within Streak and Desk to demo the product or win back customers.

I'm just using (bad) third-party projections for now with the assumption that people who want to use my tool will be bringing their own projections to the table. I also feel for Danilo...so many surgeries.

Just wanted to release it as quickly as possible. Referral codes coming soon.

Point of this tool is that you plug in your own projection values and it computes the best possible lineup.

It's a side project for now. But, in theory, I'd like to continue building cool utilities for daily fantasy sports betting leagues. That market is growing quite quickly and the tech is pretty poor.

Yeah, it's something that can consume a ton of hours manually -- and, at the end of the day, there's no way to be certain that you've actually optimized given your budget constraints.

That's a great question. Developer bootcamps are a huge time (3 months) and financial ($10k) commitment. Lots of risk if you're uncertain about your interest/proficiency in coding.

I played in the World Series of Poker in 2010 (the worst experience ever) and then quit completely. I was sick of the whole thing.

Seconded. Hard to imagine all employees signing off on this release for the sake of a HN article. But I hope that they did. I would be very upset if my salary were published unbeknownst to me.

Not the same thing, but I'm the creator of EngineHere. We're a teaching platform for coding that connects groups of students with instructors in for real-time virtual classes. We'll definitely offer C++ in the near future (p

I have some friends who could teach Erland and Go. If that sounds interesting, signup for the site or otherwise let me know and I'll try to make it happen!

Hey Karunamon. I was thinking about adding a registration form for rails as well but I decided to keep things simple (maybe a mistake in retrospect...). If you're interested, sign up and I'll put it together.

Right now newbies. But the same principle applies. I want to broaden a bunch of programming skills (especially algorithms) largely on my own time but I'd like a human voice to guide and motivate me from time to time. If this works out,

All fair points. I would say that this is a great way to get your feet wet with coding before you decide to take the HUGE life leap of a bootcamp. They're expensive in not only $ terms but also your time. This way, you can see if you

That was the goal. As I've built it, I've been actually posting the bitly links to my issue pages on Stack Overflow, IRC, and elsewhere. I set desktop notifications for myself and go about my work until someone hits one of my page
