I doubt those limits would apply to business accounts, which I'd guess were the majority of the withdrawals here. Are you sure the limits on your account would apply to e.g. a wire transaction? Of course there are limits on ATM withdra

I started out using anki to improve my Spanish vocabulary. Eventually discovered Mochi [0] here on HN. Far better designed and executed, well worth a look if you're interested in Anki. [0] https://mochi.cards/

Agreed.. Though it's an often used metric: fatalities per billion kilometers (f/bnkm). Someone told me that risk per unit distance was higher when walking than riding a motorcycle, which I thought sounded like it could be possible

This seems like it would be a great way to make long lasting milk which doesn't taste like UHT milk. Apparently it does work, but perhaps regulation hasn't caught up with it yet [0]. Edit: Seems that it may not be as effective in

For versions < 1.0.0 this does not apply: > Major version zero (0.y.z) is for initial development. Anything MAY change at any time. The public API SHOULD NOT be considered stable.

Interesting. Any more details? I thought about implementing something like this with a SBC to replace a broken motorcycle dashboard but never got around to it.

Yes, an order of magnitude literally means 10x. But in my experience, in common speech it's often used to convey an approximation. i.e. 'Changing this will decrease performance of that endpoint by an order of magnitude', when

I'm not sure about using 10x in place of 'an order of magnitude'. An order of magnitude conveys an approximation, whereas 10x is precise.

This FTA is between the UK and Australia. I'm under the impression that both the UK and Australia currently have laws allowing them to comply with this agreement, so adding a requirement like this wouldn't change anything here.

In what space? If you're talking about embedded, it's going to be pretty slow for industry to start using rust en masse. There's a huge amount of inertia in embedded, and the developers are somewhat beholden to manufacturers
