2/3 of world's population won't have any issue converting currency to yuan if BRICS decide to use it for mutual commerce (though I doubt a WW3 won't happen before this happens).

A temporary consulting gig is better than a bad job offer. It also doesn't stain your CV (Consultant doing something for a client vs Working at this horrible place) even if it's the same client.

This has always been present in subfields of AI. For example, in classical computer vision, one had to figure out specific parameters working just for a single image or video scene by hand. Machine learning can in theory at least make these

My research shows otherwise. Tuning via transformer adapters pretty much added new knowledge to QA models or could be used for adversarial QA training. You can throw away learned adapters anytime and retrain from scratch with new informatio

Oat milk would likely contain pesticides and other chemical residues. There is no hiding from bad chemicals but one can choose food that contains support for their removal. I'd be concerned about pure vegan diet for its lack of certain

Mammal milk contains lactoferrin, a very powerful anti-viral/bacterial/fungal molecule that helps fighting invaders in your gut. Lactose-free milk would still work to avoid age-related digestion issues. By skipping it you are like

Oat milk has no lactoferrin, a powerful anti-viral/bacterial/fungal compound in milk, so you are going to eliminate a significant immunity boost.

What would be the benefit of these old clones beside learning to create hardware? RPi4 can probably replace them all with emulators. I'd rather see old games resurrected by improving graphics through stable diffusion and increasing ref

Can you solve arbitrary traveling salesman problem with that? There is only a polynomial number of required laser cuts (n nodes, n * (n-1) edges) and the source can be next to sink with a fake 0 edge between them.

Transformers were known that they kept scaling up with more parameters and more training data so if the Open AI hit the limits of this scaling that would be a very important milestone in AI.

I bet the distribution would end up like income inequality in Brazil - 0.1% will be magicians, 99.9% will live short brutish lives trying to outcheat each other for survival.
