Taking D3 without K2 gives you atherosclerosis though so it's wise to combine the two.

You can't make a career in academia without addressing AI ethics these days. I guess the startup or its financiers still run in academia mode.

Sure, but even some super fit folks end up with atherosclerosis due to genetics so if there are any supplements that prevent it, that would be nice.

Unfortunately, plasma levels of many elements don't tell you if you aren't deficient already. For many tissue deficiencies you need to do e.g. radioactive scans which nobody will do for you. You can be vitamin deficient, potassium

Yeah, I have heard of that. But natto is supposed to be rich in K2, some K2 supplements are made out of natto.

K2 was supposed to help endothelium as well and was known for enabling calcium to move from blood to bones.

That's sad, I was hoping to soften the impact by taking K2 supplements now before I get old. What else beside K2 would you recommend for a healthy cardiovascular system? - Diosmin:Hesperidin 9:1? - Rutin? - Arginine? - Curcumin? - Gink

So I guess one should activate the phone at some Wifi cafe first before unlocking bootloader and flashing a new OS otherwise Google could make a direct link to ownership during the lifetime of the device.

Marketing benchmarks used values that led to blown up 3Ds. Mobo fixes might lead to performance regressions (i.e. no longer the best CPU for a given game).

AMD should really stop with this crappy marketing and look at how many of their promises evaporated quickly once people tried their new products. Radeon fiascos all the time, alienating Threadripper users by false promises, blown up Ryzen 7

I believe it's because of the top-down approach to software development. The amount of waterfall in those projects is insane and individual developers are just small cogs in the org and their input is not regarded as important. In Germ

FL Studio lives off plugins that aren't free. Still, it's great that the producer edition is free forever, but one might need to pay them from time to time when falling in love with some new sound ;-)

For example, covid wreaks havoc in the gut which might cause tilt towards bacteria producing ammonia which then leaks to blood stream, causing the brain fog. Supplementing prebiotics like lactulose can help to suppress this effect.

There is a two-way link between gut bacteria and immunity. Immunity often forces composition of gut bacteria regardless of supplementation. Pro/pre-biotics often have no effect, we are still missing something.
