Actually, it's about opening 10 different books at different pages and similarly upwards... There is no GraphQL mechanism for it outside some hack in individual libraries that does more server roundtrips, and it seems like GraphQL auth

Try a nested pagination (i.e. open the 352nd page of the 7th book on the 3rd shelf in the 5th room of the 3rd city library. Make it performant. Have fun with GraphQL! /s

The author never had to use nested queries/paginations that need to perform so he just states that problem does not exist. Well, that's one way to address it...

I have a Zephyrus G15 with 5800u/RTX3080/40GB/3TB and with the 5.15 kernel it works flawlessly on Linux Mint. I use it more often than MBP these days. The only drawback is no DisplayPort for VR.

That is just a temporary band-aid, lasting like 8 years tops. Are we going to nuke each other regularly? Do we have enough nukes for a permanent climate change? How can we make sure we have a sufficient supply of nukes for that?

Possibly thiamine deficiency. Thiamine is required to metabolize glucose and heavy drinkers have this deficiency. Covid seems to have a similar effect. Get your daily 100-200mg B1 HCL for a while and see if it improves. If you suspect liver

The last thing I want is to spend extra time with my coworkers. Intense work interaction is enough, I strongly prefer to meet "outsiders" in my spare time to actually be able to relax efficiently. Thanks but no thanks.

Don't worry, at some point your brain stops being capable of processing all the new stuff and you'll have to focus all your energy on just keeping what you have, so the problem solves itself in time.

It's funny how nobody outside expensive classes at Stanford says anything about the relationship of attention to a (somewhat fuzzy) lookup table. With that in mind transformers suddenly become easy for software engineers.

You are assuming this city will remain in Ukraine. That might be too optimistic as this is the only part of the coast on the land bridge to Crimea that is not yet under Russian control.

You were implicitly assuming that. How about: "Apple can just implement those premium features NVidia is gimping", i.e. implying Apple might not have those capabilities in their drivers yet, not intentionally gimping them.
831.
by bitL 5y ago
Where do you see any gimping? It's known that NVidia gimps its consumer range by shipping drivers that are slow in some tasks despite the same hardware being able to be much faster. My comment was about Apple getting an easy win just b

All Apple has to do is to enable workstation-level features in its drivers and they'd beat 3090 handily. Even Titan RTX demolishes 3090 with workstation drivers in software that uses those features. As for raw performance, 3090 is far
