I tried, actually! It didn't work correctly, so I assumed support had been dropped, but instead it seems like it was some other technical issue.

You're right, 1 bit isn't enough. I originally started out with 8 bits, and using modular arithmetic. with more than 1 bit, the server can differentiate between "next token" and "previous token", and act accor
