licecap is awesome, but this gif looks like it was programmatically made. Notice the accelerated yet perfectly aligned cursor movement...

Some people also just do things because they love doing them. Not everything needs to be monetized and optimized for ROI.

How do you even enforce a hair style patent? Do you go after the people who have the hair style, or the hair stylists?

I'm really curious to see if Amazon will face similar local government push back like Uber has.

They are already using bike messengers in Manhattan (maybe elsewhere) for Amazon Now's 1 hour delivery. I'm guessing they just hire out to LazerShip or some other currier service, and give them Amazon jackets.

lol if you think teachers have a "shorter work day/work year" My girlfriend is a High School teacher in NY, and easily works more than I do. You have to factor in planning and grading which is all done after "work".

We have plenty of bad things in Greenpoint but I'm not sure our tap water is one of them. At least it's not stopping me from drinking it right now. Also, hello neighbors!

This is basically my set up too. My advice to anyone looking to get started is to just buy the most expensive speakers you can afford (used market is good for this), pickup an older amp for peanuts on eBay that can power said speakers, and

Like OP this (mostly) just works for me, but it's not as "perfect" as they make it out. The first message in a conversation will sometimes go to all my devices regardless. Once I respond on a device it figures things out and

Maybe I don't use my iPhone as much as others, but most of my time is spent reading NYTimes/Instapaper, checking the weather, time, and email/iMessage. And aside from reading articles, the watch has replaced most of my phone

I'm not sure what's involved with getting assembly working in Go (my experience has only been with servers/clients and CLI's), but could this not have been implemented as a stand alone package? What's the benefit of

Apples and oranges? When you hitch hike (or pick someone up) you and the other party are taking a mutual risk together. But if money is exchanging hands I, and I'm going to bet most people, would want the risk factor removed.

Pausing for an hour to think about and understand your problem is important in any language. Probably more important than testing honestly.

Is this something Apple actually controls or is it tied in with the carriers? I seem to recall my old grandfathered unlimited plan on Verizon letting me download anything when ever.

Crown is watch nomenclature. Apple would have been ridiculed by the fashion/watch world if they didn't refer to it as a crown.

Might just be the photos, but along the back, where it meets your hip and the straps attach, all I see is a single thin thread holding it all together, no reinforcement of any kind...
