The Woodlands, TX is the closest thing in the US. 2,500 people/sqmi 100k town outside of Houston. Started in 1974. At least as far as large scale current corporate city developments.

Perfect point Uber is paying them and they play video games. (I love games, and the US is a wealthy country across the board so it does not surprise me that men are enjoying more leisure time at a younger age.) I am pro more video games.

I read a lot of text on screen. One of my main enjoyments of HN is it is text heavy so my screen space is not wasted with subpar graphics. I also read in print I enjoy the tactical feel and the lack of a back light. I also tend to buy beaut
