Therein is the problem with all of these prescriptive theoreticians who say we would be happier with fewer choices. As someone who is routinely "Consumer A" in nearly all walks of life, I would find it inordinately frustrating

I have a Surface Pro (original) and have used both the original Type Cover and the Type Cover 2 (illuminated). Both are fine for a tablet/laptop hybrid. I tested the Type Cover 4 a couple weekends back and it's fantastic. If I

I agree about the distasteful hyperbole, but that is what the Internet and social media have become in today's outrage culture. Social media is rampant with hyperbolic reactions to the very slightest of offenses. So the tone of the

Ha! I had an Android phone for years and never used the search bar. And yet, it's the most prominent feature in view whenever you see a "glamour shot" of a new Android device. It's a Google OS, so of course it's g

As a Los Angeles resident, when I experimented with Amazon Fresh, it required a Prime Fresh subscription. I don't recall it ever being free. The $300 annual subscription, when combined with my assessment that the value I received for

Consider changing the title to mention Surface Pro 4, Lumia 950, Surface Book, and Band 2. The event was about more than the Surface Book.

Given it may be another 30 minutes until it starts, you might have time to snapshot one of your VMs, install Flash in that VM, watch the event, and then rollback to your snapshot. Oh wait, it's starting right now.

Late as usual. If any Tesla event ever starts on time, I'm going to miss the beginning because I won't tune in for 30 minutes.

I love Atari, and I can see some small similarities (the capital 'G' and the lowercase 'e'). But overall, I can't say that I agree. For what it's worth, I like the Bauhaus font a bit more.

Well, like I said, Windows 7 and 8 had voice transcription support built-in and it worked well on my old computers from 2009, with plenty of CPU capacity to spare. I expect a modern i3 would probably match my desktop i7 from '09.
