So they want to hire a mid-level engineer with mid-level experience for mid-to-low-level salary for the area, while insisting on calling them a junior? A little weird but whatever.

There's a fairly interesting story in here, and I almost didn't bother reading it because of the opening where the author just talks about their pathological aversion to gum and how they dislike Gumroad because it has "gum&qu

Then don't put "upload your Amazon order history zip file" under the button? I'm not going to take the time to test if the instructions on your website are actually lies, but it's good to know that they are, I guess

Class names are considered case sensitive in HTML, and CSS selectors honor this except when in quirks mode. I suspect you're activating quirks mode when you mess with the doctype, causing the matching behavior to become case insensitiv

I watch youtube videos in mpv, which grabs the videos using yt-dlp. I think I have some kind of sponsorblock script loaded into mpv too. I tried to play a youtube video in-browser the other day for the first time in a while and noticed that

I just eat when I get hungry and have the time. No effort to keep the same daily schedule. On most days I'll end up eating 4-6 hours after I wake up, but if I'm busy I have no problem toughing out a few hours of light hunger and e

IIRC, the app isn't actively involved in bluetooth audio negotiations, but it does allow you to change settings within the headphones around what codecs it will advertise support for and prefer to use. Those settings have reasonable de

So would you agree that the main reason for your weight loss on OMAD is caloric restriction from not being allowed to eat when you're sometimes hungry, when you probably would have eaten extra at those times before OMAD?

As other people are mentioning, I think the key factor for weight loss in any of these diets (intermittent fasting, keto, etc) is just making it more difficult to consume calories, which leads to a caloric deficit. I have a somewhat odd die
