I'm blocking re-captchas completely and one at least one occasion the site just let me in. Must be poor integration on those sites.

You could call them and enter a few numbers I guess. This isn't stored, at least on my phone since you are in a call, and can be automated. ( Or just don't store that message. )

You could do this: if you enable passcode confirmation, type your pass anywhere in the text message along with your text confirmation. If you forget, you get a request to do so.

You would be surprised how many incorrect answers there are. I can say for certain this is happening in at least two of the top 10 tags on SO. The worst part is that some offenders don't care as long as the answer gives them a positive
