What is your alternative suggestion? In a browser-based video chat scenario you are ultimately assuming some level of browser security and that the clients are trusted. What they propose is an E2E encryption, e.g. Zoom / MS Teams are u

Problem is until we reach "herd immunity" it will overwhelm the healthcare system and many people die unneccessarily due to degrading quality of treatment.

In Germany, I can't even find the VAT rate info page at the ministry via google. I end up with this: https://www.bundesfinanzministerium.de/Web/DE/Themen/Steuern...

I've also thought about this. But basically it will be re-packaging a modern linux kernel, giving some support w/ key management and packaging it in a nice case. I think there is definitely a market for it.

I'm wondering why such a VPN service is included in the netgear firmware image? Wouldn't this resonate negatively with Chinese authorities?

From my experience here in Germany, Regus is in fact more expensive than WeWork. And they have worse contract conditions, e.g. no free coffee, many upsells, bad contract durations, and intransparent add-ons.
