Why would 40 MHz wide channels be /better/ if the spectrum is congested? Smaller channels would be beneficial. Let’s say 5 MHz, and with OFDMA that is what you get. This is why Wifi6 is crucial for the long term viability of 2.4 G

I was quite fond of the Swatch internet time or Beat time [0]. It divided the day into 1000 beats, discarded daylight saving and time zones. The only quirk is that the time source is derived from CET / Biel Mean Time (BMT) as opposed t

Yes, for the original hardware, with known latency it worked wonders. But software implementations on different hardware stacks, often with i2s dacs that don’t report their latency back to the OS makes for a headache inducing sync.

Fellow Swedes, change is coming in the form of the new national e-identity ID-card[1]. With this you would only need a smart card reader and a compliant browser in order to use eID and electronic signatures. As opposed to BankID this can be

You have to remember that the reality we live in is the one where CDP, Eagle and Compaq cloned the IBM PC BIOS and could offer compatible IBM PC clones with DOS from Microsoft. That happened during the summer / fall of 1982. The assert
