So what if rates stay elevated? They shouldn't/can't keep their balance sheet this bloated forever. The FED currently holds ~2.7T of MBS that they never should have purchased in the first place. That is damn near ~25% of the

Umm, absolutely not. How are they making money if they bought when rates were ~2-3% and selling when rates are 5-6%? A bond holder LOSES money as interest rates increase and must sell at a DISCOUNT.

The real question is: What happens to mortgage rates when the Fed starts to offload their massive MBS holdings in earnest?

I prefer to think of the scientists working on solving balding as Larry David or George Constanza-types. Bitter about their hair loss, kept going by the promise of a better life in the future through hair.

What’s the endgame here? $3,000 “carbon neutral” coach class tickets from LA -> NYC? I’m being a little ridiculous but I legitimately don’t get it. Tech like this only works under some carbon credit scheme that provides no value and just

Fair enough, but I think most people appreciate constructive criticism with good faith, specific suggestions on how to improve.

I was disappointed the author didn’t have the guts to name them. I would hope he could get some satisfaction in knowing that he might be able to stop them from taking advantage of clients in the future.

I don’t buy this was some mistake in good faith. I think the author is a little naive which made him a good mark. They started work on and subsequently billed for something that was explicitly out of scope. My guess is that the founder of t

Isn’t the diversity keyword injection random? My point is that it is pointless. If you want an image of a <race> <gender> person included, you can just specify it yourself.

You would presumably input “South Korean CEO”. DALL-E would then unhelpfully add “black” “female” without your knowledge.

Some people claim to be emotionally "triggered" by images of police. Does that mean DALL-E should also start blocking images that contain police?

Imagine you're in South Korea (or any other ethnically homogenous country). Do you want "black" "female" randomly appended to your input?
