   I see serious potential when combining this with a platform/API like https://www.beaconsinspace.com/ . They provide devs with access to existing beacon infrastructure and structured contextual data.

   A beacon can never be considered "occupied" like a rented apartment or a car. Instead, the number of rentals and subsequent income per beacon at any given time is unlimited.
