Yeah I was thinking the same tbh, I don't want to end up forever tweaking things.

I try and keep it simple. Little reporter notebook so I’m not using devices in meetings and things like that. Then I transcribe whatever needs to be a little more long term at the end of the day/week into either Apple notes or reminder

I can’t really. If I draw I need reference material. I can make little play dough models though? I know the shapes I just can’t see them in my mind.

Yeah I have this. I also can’t hear voices or sounds in my mind. Poor autobiographical memory tracks too, major things stick but a lot just fades pretty quickly.

I have it and I'm terrible with faces. If I spend long enough I can sort of pattern match distinct features but a whole face is generally lost on me. Movies where you see a character that has aged or changed style are a mystery. My wif

A more charitable scenario might be that they hire the voice actor and it sounds a bit like her. Someone suggests why don't we just get Scarlett to do it properly, wouldn't that be cooler? They reach out and she says no. They deci

I think the disconnect with these tools is that their endgame is not to be a developer tool, it’s to take them out of the loop. This is a tool for product owners, it’s just too early for them to use it by itself.

At least there is some honesty there. Everywhere that does estimates, even if they make the devs think its complexity or some other nonsense, is translating that to days somewhere down the line.

I'm a big fan of how iOS lets you decide which images are available from the camera roll. So the app can have "access" to the camera roll but there is that intermediate stage where I can scope down which images are in it.

This would be my recommendation too. The global talent market for remote developers is extremely competitive. The days of failed offshoring seems to have passed, it's now much easier to build excellent remote teams but it is driving do
