Totally agree. On that point, I'd strongly encourage everyone to make sure they check the boxes for every platform they want to play on, not just the main one. Hopefully this will let the developers know that we really appreciate the effort

My point is that there's too much supply of low quality journalism. There's not much supply of high quality journalism. Perhaps there's very little demand for high quality journalism and I'm just being naive, but I hope not.

The wikipedia page is pretty interesting. Particularly the link at the bottom to a Win PE -- a live version of windows that's available from MS. I didn't know that existed.

I've used Puppy quite a bit, and didn't realise it was running in RAM. I have to say though, that I still think Tiny Core has the edge in terms of speed.

Tiny Core (distro.ibiblio.org/tinycorelinux/) is another Linux distro that runs from ram, and you can install general software easier than in Chrome OS. Worth a look if you're interested in speed but not web apps.
