Your First Amendment rights only apply within the United States, this should be obvious. Nonetheless, extradition treaties generally require that a crime be considered a crime within both jurisdictions.

GIFs scale quadratically with their resolution and they don't even support an alpha channel, which makes them inflexible.

An engineer could build that much faster than it would take to build an animated GIF in an editor. (For a start, it's a much more complex animation than 6 frames.)

That's surprising because Googlebot publishes IP ranges for its crawlers and it's fairly simple to block fake crawlers these days (super easy through Cloudflare, for example).
