Maybe a naive question but do you really need 1:1s every week? At my first startup we did them like every 2 months and it was a treat. If you needed something in between you just asked for it. At my second company even once every two weeks

I agree. People are doing the wrong thing by taking horse-sized doses, and should be careful with drugs that are not prescribed to them. The way you're phrasing things would be a much more understandable message that would not push peo

People know when they're being played for fools and if you don't treat them as if they're capable of nuance you will only lose their trust and push them further away.

The other side of it is that it was unnecessarily lambasted and made to seem unscientific when it was being administered by our hospitals. People would go in Twitter and shout "people promoting HCQ are idiots!" while their grandpa

Honest question regarding the data on ivmmeta.com: I had heard that there was some pre-existing fraud in some Ivermectin studies. I don't know how true that is. Is it true? And if so, does this website account for that by withholding t

I think the kidney example is a little too technical for a good metaphor. A parent does have an obligation to feed and keep healthy a child that cannot care for itself. There is such a concept as criminal negligence. For example, parents ha

The cynic in me believes that the ambiguity is intentional, because it allows us as adults to have a greater ability to escape the consequences of our actions. (Excepting rape, etc.) I'm pro-choice, it just seems like a truth people do
