i still use my 2009 8x xeon mac pro as my primary workstation. upgraded ram, gpu, ssd, video, 4k monitor, and a couple of other things. i'm trying to get 10 years out of it, which looks do-able, maybe. it refuses to install the lates

by old and rich i mean exactly what you described -- a person who works as a manager, is middle aged, and makes a healthy six figure salary. that's "rich" to most people. the ceo in a 20M mansion certainly qualifies also.

i wouldn't say 30 is an early age. it is young but i was referring to people who get shackled at 22 before they actually fully develop.
