The solution is quite simple: Offer the private carriers the rights to carry ordinary mail, on the condition that they do the same kind of cross-subsidization. You don't necessarily need a monopoly, just regulation.

The security mechanism _is_ the human driver, for now - the only reason they're legally allowed to run these cars is because there's a human standing by to take over control at a moment's notice.

You can only get a visa waiver if you fall within the requirements of a tourist visa, plus additional restrictions. And visa waiver entry still requires that you fill out a customs form.

You would declare the goods you're importing (which brings with it its own set of issues when importing high-value goods). That said, it's unclear when or if bitcoins would be 'imported'. And it's also unclear whether, for example, someone

It might be because all of the games have been released on Windows and Mac before (many over steam), and so Windows/Mac users are more likely to already own a copy. Exclusive linux users, on the other hand, are less likely to have a copy of

I already have three out of five of those games on steam, and I bet a lot of other people do too; they've been on sale enough times. It's also very early in the campaign; as I recall there were a number of 'high rollers' that donated very l

V6's assembly version also does less. The reason GNU's is so complex is because it has a line-numbering feature (cat -n) not supported in V6 or V7, and also tries to read and write large chunks, to avoid overhead from calling stdio function

There's nothing wrong with using DHE algorithms, particularly if you're going to be transferring financial secrets around. If your phone can't keep up, well, then it probably should have a better entropy generator.
