   Service is generally terrible in Australia. Pharmacies are particularly horrible.

   The Pharmacy Guild does its best to suppress competition. Regarding the PBS, the government tried to make it easier/cheaper to get repeat prescriptions and they lobbied hard against it, turning pharmacies into party-political platform

   Meanwhile in Australia, we’re stuck in the Stone Age because of an incredibly corrupt and influential pharmacy lobby.
