I'm a PM and am always interested to understand how I can get better at my craft and support my team better. I grabbed the comments of this thread and ran it through claude.ai to do some sentiment analysis and identify the key themes o

I’m a PM too and I agree; I judge how good a job I’m doing by how smooth everything runs for my team - how they have everything they need to do their best work, they have all the context, requirements, insight, metrics, goals….etc they have

I’m a PM and this is spot on. The PM is not some sort of authoritarian decision maker that tells the team what to build (like this article seems to say), the PM should be a close ally of the team. He/she will work closely with their te

As a PM I think this is spot on. The path to becoming a great PM is longer and arguably harder than becoming a great engineer. Like you say a lot of what makes a great PM comes from years of experience in a variety of roles and companies.

This is a great piece of investigative journalism and a great write up. Like the author says what they’re doing is not illegal and it’s GDPR compliant. It definitely makes me think though that GCHQ certainly have the deanonymised stream of

It’s insane we live in a world where you can buy a 96 core CPU! I feel like it wasn’t too long ago that i was getting excited by building a quad core gaming PC. As an aside, What do people do with all those cores?
