That's not what that experiment is showing. If you move the trigger by 1mm and jostle the slide, nothing will happen. You have to take the trigger _to the wall_, and then 0.5mm further, and then wiggle the slide.

It does. This whole "small amount of pressure on the trigger thing" stemmed from a video by "Wyoming Gun Project", in which he did the exact same thing to a P320.

Doesn't that beg the question of why anyone gets fat if your metabolism can just... increase to cover some arbitrary amount of calories?

That wasn't my takeaway from that comment. > Your body adjusts its metabolism based on the amount of food you eat as long as it's not chronic. Suggests that your metabolism is changing, as though your body becomes more or less

Fire, probably. But also, how complicated would you make the system if you needed to prevent certain switches from working during certain times of flight? At some point... we're all just in the hands of the people in the cockpit.

Wrong guy, you're thinking of the AG, Ken Paxton. It is a travesty that he still holds his position and is likely to unseat Cornyn (who is also terrible, but less so) in the coming senate race.

Isn't text a "symbolic visual"? I would think that at some point a symbol that's used as frequently as the hamburger icon would/could eventually become equivalent to the word.

This is a weirdly funny thread. How many theoretical children would you trade for 1 real child? All over a car seat that perhaps prevented 4,000 additional births a year?

Hindsight is 20/20. Let's see how the erosion of the foundations of the United States works out over the next 60 years. Frankly, just having an anti-vax as secretary of HHS will likely kill more than all the American deaths in Vie

It has more to do with OP who said "45 more months of this nonsense". Even if the current guy dies or is unable to run, there are plenty of other folks willing to carry on down the same path in his stead. 45 months might be optimi
