It would make infinitely more sense to get around it contractually. To use the service, the prompter agrees to take liability for the output. More like upscaling. Should a service be liable for upscaling an illegal picture, that they "

Once they write a CFObot version, and it can sit in every corporate meeting, is it really fair to say it needs to be directed? “Hey CFO bot what do you think.” “Hey CFO bot, speak out of turn and alert me if anything alarming happens or y

Didn’t the author claim to be photoshopping and compositing the images themselves? If I render 6 characters, composite them into a background and run the complete composite through another generative step to clean it up, where do I fall?

Do humans want legacy because of our biological instincts or is it taught to us through culture. A machine taught to want legacy becomes a machine wanting legacy, and that want can influence its behavior. Even if it doesn’t have “feelings

The difference is they are going to try and detect it somehow and not optimize fake moons.

It’s a specific touch up photography mode. If you draw your own moon with new craters in different spots, it’ll touch up your fake moon, so it’s generating new texture, not replacing the moon with a preexisting bitmap. If you don’t like it,

Problem with saying don’t break rules is the moderation task is after the fact and not part of the initial rules. The bot isn’t aware of what gets moderated.

I told it not to use the word killed, and it got further. But it’s annoying when you have a conversation limit, and have to screen record, and fight the censor. And other methods for getting past the censor indiscriminately might be adding

I doubt it’s that thought out. They just want to curb prompt injections now, and they figure people doing it will keep testing the boundaries. They must feel they have enough sample size now to no longer need to study it.

That happens all the time. I asked it to write a parody of Bohemian Rhapsody about fraudulent ghost hunters, and every time it got to “killed a man” it would erase the song. The censor filters are too strong, and chill legitimate uses. If

That’s not a ban. A ban stops letting you use it.

I see it playing out well for onboarding. It can interview your customer and put the information in a database. Sort of like branching forms that change and evolve as you give it info, but more complex.

If it’s a rate limit, give it a progress bar. Currently people just see “ Please check again in a few days.” From what I can tell, people are at 10+ days with no clarity as to what’s going on. With Reddit down, I can only sort of see some

Neither of those things are what they are banning for, or not exclusively. The product is already rate limited for everyone.

A little beside the point. The terms say they can do whatever they want. If they want people not to behave in certain ways, spell it out. That's the point of a code of conduct, and of reading it. If there is a strike system, make it
