If wasm/webgpu doesn't get too limited due to coinminers, 'meltdown style' vulnerabilities and platform holders feeling challenged. And some solution for preloading/caching/preinstalling large (many gigabytes)

Was always a bit surprised that if you had the length encoding byte, that it didn't also imply an offset by the values that should have been encoded with a shorter sequence

Devs will get bad reviews, bad press, support requests and demands for anti cheat. While there are designs that are more robust against this, this is adding increased challenges and costs at no true advantage to the dev.

Being more accessible means being usable by less trained/skilled developers, which makes online communities less trained/skilled on average. I wouldn't use that as an argument to prefer to use worse tools and their built-in &
