Twitter is definitely allowed to do this, legally, but seems like a pretty short-sited decision. There's no way that poking the bear like this is going to lead to anything except a more highly regulated platform.

Yes that’s correct. If there isn’t serious damage to an instrument you can always tune it. As far as playing an instrument regularly for it not to change its sound, that’s also true, although I don’t think anyone knows why exactly. It proba
