Also feeding it to animals. Might be a tad bit more inhumane and you could run into an issue with some animals that are able to eat poisonous food without issue, but sure is a lot nicer than accidentally dying yourself, I suppose.

Same. I've some spots in my code where I return three or four values (there's no logical reason to put them inside a struct...) and so I end up with a handful of if err != nil { return "", 0, err } _

Blows my mind that people can come up with this stuff. I'm assuming they came up with the mathematical proofs first and translated that into code, so that has something to do with it, correct? It looks a lot like some crypto algorithms

Oooh, I like the .bib idea. I might steal it and use it for select things---I decided it'd be a good idea to go back (sorta) and finish my BS, so creating one for each class might be a very good idea. Import as .pdf not .svg? Got it. I

Yeah, that makes sense. I'll make sure to do that. It was kind of time-consuming typing out the couple tables I did add. I used latexmk which watches file(s) for changes and rebuilds with pdflatex. It was nice, but made my laptop run r

If you've any latex pointers I'd appreciate it :) I used latex to write a paper for the first time last week, and while i thoroughly enjoyed it, i'm fairly confident there were lots of things I could've done better.

With everything there is a trade-off. For some the lack of dollars brought in (or what have you) outweighs the benefits. An example is TSA. Some believe that even one life saved by the extra security (theater or not) is worth having to take

Without advocating either way, right now both are (afaik) fairly synonymous with the US government and its military. I could see how they'd consider it harmful if a foreign actor (or anybody, really) creates, e.g., sssa.gov which steal

Agreed. I did that. I do that. In fact, most everybody in all my classes at the local CC/TC and now at the four-year I'm at works and goes to school. This is pretty common for people getting into tech, especially the IT/sys

It seems running your original code through the closure compiler shaves it down to 488 max. The closure compiler doesn't respect arrow functions, so I'm assuming that'd have to be changed manually.

Using ES5 features? Because arrow functions would make it smaller. Also using an if/else instead of continue saves 4 bytes. Using arrow functions shaves off another 2 bytes. (Gzipped that's 489 bytes.)[0] [0] - https://

Ridiculous. One experiment I did in elementary school had something to do with rocks. Another was seeing how drinks (juice, pop, etc.) ruin teeth (I had a lot of spare baby teeth at that time), and another where I spoon-fed baby food to peo
