Have a look at love2d[0] - (or Löve, as they prefer it to be called) It's a lua-scriptable game framework, where you can at least see results fairly quickly. All you need is a text editor and the lua executable. It's only thought

I really wish there was something modern like the ThinkPad 701c[0], which had a really ingenuous folding keyboard: [0] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SLj3aCfqzOM

This is also an excellent version, read by Stephen Moore: https://soundcloud.com/peter-welch-623266680/sets/the-hitchh... (Albeit the audiobook, not the radio play) I really enjoyed it, and couldn't tell you

There are some systemd-less distributions like devuan, or what I would personally recommend, Void Linux[0]. Void has been my daily driver for over a year now, and it's been lots of fun, while also being rather stable. Be aware that it

Interesting concept, really clean execution - although I wonder: Where do you see the use-case? Something domain-specific, like maybe cooking recipes where you combine icons representing the ingredients? A search where you could mix and mat

Funnily enough, the pot of petunias is part of a "brick joke" in one of the later books, where it is revealed to have been part of a reincarnation-line of a single being, which was killed by Arthur Dent every time it lived, either

Not that you need it or anything, but I'd like to thank you for your work on Javascript - without it I might never have gotten started with programming. So, thank you very much for laying down the foundation for a whole generation of n

MessagEase is pretty much the only viable option for typing on my phone for me - Although I found it while I was on the search for a chording keyboard, which then didn't really meet my expectations... (Not on a touchscreen at least)

Since I'm mostly in the terminal, I just pop up a Lua prompt and do the calculation there - any repl will do, honestly :)

Thanks for the heads up! (I assumed it was a collection of all GNU software, since it's on gnu.org) Gonna have a look at the wiki, thanks! :)

I just posted this here since I was astonished as to how many of the utilities I use on a daily basis were made by the GNU project - I knew about many, but there's things in this list I would've never heard of otherwise.
