That's not true. Your copyright law is similar to the US or Israel based one, not so strict as the main european one, which is based on the napolion code and is very very strict.

This just proves that you shouldn't allow others to run unsigned code at your console in the beginning. A basic DRM has to exist, otherwise nobody will buy any games and just copy them.

Not wanting to sound too negative, but sometimes it's better not to have a job at a kcik-ass startup. The author also commented/wrote in the past that he endured burn out multiple times and is constantly working >10 hours a day.

Indeed, what google is doing (caching a page and showing it to the user) is copyright infrigment in some countries. (e.g Belgium, ...). There hasn't been any case against them but theoriticaly someone could sue them. Who will win is a diffe

They could sue you for copyright infringment if they wanted. And allowing google to index your "stolen" content pages is just outrageous. You don't own that content.

That's not true. This clearly depends on the country you are in, the payment processor you use, and the type of credit card you got. (eg with chip or no chip).

That's just like a computer without even having the possibility to reinstall. Just imagine catching a trojan horse on the phone, stealing your credit card info. I prefer paying by PIN. The POS Terminal doesn't connect to the internet.

Just if the transactions went through with your personal secret pin code. And even then it's certainly a case by case basis.

Why not type in the pin code at the POS terminal? All Credit cards (smartcards) in Europe (Visa, etc..) already have a chip integrated . So whenever you do a purchase in the store, you have to enter your pin into the terminal, to complete t
