god i hate this style of sentence. claude uses it far too much. my teammates have been writing PRDs that are filled to the brim with this sentence structure. absolutely maddening.

“Professionals” in traffic engineering still religiously cling to “standards” that are largely based on BS served up by auto companies pre 1940. Many such cases of this, it seems.

Because people want to live in cities again. Lot of people do not want to live in suburbs / exurbs. they want walkability. bikability. community. car-lite living. It’s high in demand, short on supply.

I feel it’s a bit disingenuous to discuss that a developer might pay more for a lot with a house on it, to build more houses, but you don’t really touch on, at all, how much the resulting housing might cost. Surely 20 units on a single lot

this is wrong for the same reason using single letter variable names to keep things concise is usually wrong. i’d rather something a bit more verbose and clear than cryptic and confusing. there are many actors in the world with different br
