I hate this so much, if you are posting a question in a q&a forum like stackoverflow, this rule makes perfect sense. But in a conversation it is perfectly normal to gauge interest or ask if is ok to ask a question hoping you will be di

Not sure, but in a good vs evil story I think it does. I naturally assumed due to the implucation of an antagonist a protagonist always meant the subject of the conflict (every plot has a conflict they say). But you might be right, I can se

I disagree, people that download .py files also tend to use pip and REPL. I can easily imagine looking at some example code, download it to view in a text editor without paying too much attention to it and after a long while run 'pyth

Are there other foundations like mozilla we can donate to? For initiatives that are in the interest of the public? The Apache foundation is all I can think of but they focus on corporate use projects.

Wildlife and objects can't give consent. We are talking ethics not law. The law allows a lot of unethical things. But if it were a law a lot would be determined by precedent , but some framework to criminally prosecute individuap and

I don't care what the stores need, I am paying for goods and services with money, period. They can rearrange products or do whatever else they need to do after asking people for consent. Funny thing, most people will let you do a lot i

A late 30s guy with a CS degree and no experience will get far less than the median entry level. I think having sufficient social services and interest free tuition assistance for working adults would help a lot.

When you do it part time, it takes much more than 4 years. Interest accumulates over time too. I knew a guy with a CS degree that couldn't get a job 5 years after too. Even if you do get work with only CS it won't pay as much as
