You say that you have a right to keep secrets. Does that means that it should also be illegal to publicize someone else’s secrets, without any threat or demand for money?

That is precisely my point. The extremely broad definition cited above is far too broad to match people's actual usage of the word "censorship."

That is a very broad definition, of course. Am I engaging in censorship by selecting only a small handful of books to have in my home?

I assume the commenter means that, with modern social networks, you specify a list of people with whom you socialize, instead of previous networks (perhaps like IRC) where you stopped by and could socialize with whoever happened to be there

I don't have a good citation, but my impression is that the Alcoa case was quite influential, and significantly expanded the power of antitrust law in practice.

This is probably the biggest myth about US antitrust law. It seems to be almost universally believed, but is very clearly false. See, for instance, what happened to Alcoa. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_v._

Nor will anything else, I reckon.

I’m struggling with the definition of “retrieve” used here. According to the meanings of “retrieve” that I’m familiar with, I can’t conceive of any sense in which songs or finger movements aren’t retrieved by the brain.
