Yes, It's written from scratch but ZF1 wasn't php4ish too. It couldn't even work on PHP4.

Transparency is one of the features of DWM. If you want to get rid of DWM, you have to select Windows Classic theme.

After chrome.exe and eclipse, the most memory consuming app on my Task Manager's process list is DWM. I think i can give up on some effects to gain more memory.

I'm dual booting Linux Mint and Windows 8 on my Asus N53 laptop and can't see any problem with dual booting. Windows 8 is using UEFI and boots in 20 seconds. If i select Linux Mint from the GRUB it boots too. (actually this is the same comp
