I'll start off by saying that I hate mechanical keyboards with a passion. That said, Logitech MX keys - silent(huge deal for me), short travel space also sturdy, sets you back around 80 bucks. Mouse - Logitech G205 if you wanna stick t

Been there, done that and I don't have an answer. For around 4 years I was a de facto consultant on paper(LLC-equivalent + invoicing) but the truth is, it was just a remote role for a foreign company, nothing to do with building someth

This. I've had my email for years. Admittedly my engagement on HN is chaotic and somewhat rare but in all those years, I think I've had half a dozen one-off emails.

Not a data engineer but my work revolves around processing a ton of data(let's call it partial data engineering). Much of the data I get is inputted by humans from different sources and platforms and countries. My biggest pain in a nut

None but the best story I have is from around a decade ago - a guy did not lock his screen and had his facebook opened. His manager changed his birthday to the current day. The best part is when his aunt wished him a happy birthday.

Same thing as comparing a phone camera to a professional camera really. For the average person, nothing really changes beyond a steep learning curve. But better quality video, faster(not fpv fast of course), can carry a heavier payload, a l

Fully open source cinematography drone. Spoilers: I only started a few weeks ago and I've got a long way to go still. Currently prototyping the gimbal for more context and wasting a ton of PLA in the process.

I saw that article in 2023 and I have mixed feelings. In general there are cases where you want a program to crash and it's a preferable option as opposed to a never-ending chain of handling. For that purpose, unwrap is actually perfec
