Hey thanks for replying. Again, I didn't mean to point a finger at you or any of the team. Thanks for your work.

It is said that death is impossible for humans to understand. We don't have a concept of 'nothingness.' We like to imagine being in some void. More simply, I think we just cease to exist and don't feel anything. Just

May I ask where you live now, and also in what ways it's built for humans? Just intrigued.

Can you expand on no 2? It seems an issue was opened 4 years ago, and was largely responded to with 'ok...soooo', and then closed when the opener apparently found a work around? Not a cheap shot at the authors as you're righ

On the surface, I agree. There's a big difference between Siberia, Japan, and Pakistan, sure. But please realize the US isn't the Valley with tons of variety of Asian folk. In most of the US, you get some generic semi offensivel

Man, this is spot on and great insight. I'd love if people were really free to be so honest without repurcussion. Thanks for doing it.

Howso? A running process won't affect your current env, and changing your current env doesn't affect the running process.

This post seems to ramble without much substance. The best argument, perhaps only valid argument, is lack of an array type. Easy to work around. The rest seems misguided or ridiculous. >There is no way to know which one of these is the

Is that fixed yet? I remember having to bounce Java apps every time DNS changed, which never made sense to me. It's literally the point of DNS to not have to do that.

Thanks for the links, though I'm unsure what the second link is for. I hope my assessment is 'fair.' I used to feel more strongly than I do now, I guess. It's a weird situation. The rules say 'dont write your own

Agreed. Eris is the one I was referring to in my comment. Instead of removing Pluto, just add one planet(Eris). On reread that probably wasn't clear, since I still think of Pluto as a planet.

See, I have the opposite problem in that I'm too impulsive. I search for a mattress for 20 mins, then buy one. The problem is that I then get mattress ads everywhere I click for the next 3 months. It's like I need a button to ma

This is a really good point. It reminds me of exactly how my daughter spoke English as she was learning. It always amazed me how she put words together to make a sentence that was at face value wrong, but intent was understood. I think m

I'm convinced English is impossible to master. There are just too many corner cases. That said, English is also a very abused language. Sadly these days, correcting someone leads to 'oh it's a living language and use determ

Which repo? If it has a full history, perhaps I could find it? I have a link, but it's dead now... http://benchmarksgame.alioth.debian.org/u32/program.php?test... This was in 2013. My first submission was using

This is what I was thinking. Setting the minimum size to 2000Km diameter, and excluding satellites/mooons, we'd just have had to add one planet, if my reading is correct.

That's what I was thinking. When I was learning Go years ago, I decided to go through and speed up some of the Benchmark Game's Go code. Some were on the order of 20x speedup if I remember right. Of course, the maintainer of the
