He edited that post after you posted this comment, it seems. It now reads "Currently I'm developing a prototype and then move into development. A MacOSX app is going to be the first release."

Wow. I'm happy for the team, but disappointed that they're shutting down the product. We used Thinkfuse for internal team status reports, and it really helped facilitate communication at our company. Anyone know of an alternative?

It's not child porn. It's a top YouTube video (162 million views, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jlgr6MoXufU ) of a baby accidentally kicking her dad in the balls while they sit on a bed together.

Have you ever raised large amounts of funding? (I see you have a $45k seed on your current company) A month has been pretty standard in my experience, even raising larger (A) rounds. Fundraising is a big drain on founding team bandwidth, so

This is now the 2nd, 3rd time that Bitcoinica has been hacked? People warned of this when it was first announced—a financial platform created by a lone teenager in China [1] is obvious going to be a target for high profile attacks. The site

What you describe is contradictory. The default iOS design elements are there precisely to serve as a sort of "Bootstrap" for iOS applications. Everything 'looks the same' because so many people use the (good) defaults, just like how most B

The whole lot more is sometimes the problem. Pricenomics does one thing well. On your site, the main call to action is to post something I've bought. Why would I want to do that? I also couldn't actually figure out how to search for an item

There's some fairly silly competition between tech blogs. You can see from some of Sarah Lacy's tweets ( https://twitter.com/#!/sarahcuda/status/189224285204783104 ) that PandoDaily and TechCrunch don't see eye to eye at all. Arrington has

I work in at an "Airbnb for X" company. We happen to do car sharing, not dog sharing, which means there's a little more technology involved, but $3M for any company isn't much. There's a huge amount of operations involved in making any peer

Fun party, eh? :) Also, I think your analysis is spot on. Another way to look at this is that perfection often kills products—people stress so much over getting every single detail right that they never ship, or fail to execute on the overa
