I don't think so. If by team you mean co-founders, then no; as a single founder I spend 0 time and effort on recruiting co-founders. If by team you mean other employees, then optimistically, sure, but again, it's not something I'm spending

I've had the falling off the wagon problem recently. The way I dealt with it was setting weekly goals and holding myself to them. It's been a big improvement for the last month.

Your analogy simplifies things too much. A co-founder leaving isn't at all like breaking up with a girlfriend. Many other people are affected in the situation. I think marriage is a more appropriate comparison. Divorce affects your immediat

Interesting point. I think Twitter can be overwhelming in the way that the internet can be. People didn't abandon the internet just because it was hard to navigate. They turned to Google.

I agree that it was a bad move but I think your conclusion is too harsh. Many companies screw up majorly from time to time. Will Facebook go out of business just because it thinks user's privacy isn't worth much? I don't think so.
