If the window manager were to upscale a window, you would get the typical artifacting, such as blurriness, from the upscaling. The application toolkit is the best place to do scaling, as it knows how to render text etc. This is how it works

In Australia (or at least in NSW) only crossings at traffic lights are marked with a pair of lines across the road. The majority of crossings not at traffic lights are zebra crossings.

I had a Freenom account several years ago. At one point they decided that I wouldn't be allowed to register any new domains on that account, or renew any of my existing domains, so I lost a few domain names. I still don't know why

I'm still using Firefox on XWayland (because of the subtle bugs in the Wayland backend), but you can also get continuous scrolling on X using XInput2 as well (set the environment variable MOZ_USE_XINPUT2=1).

For those not in the know, the NI roboRIO is a Xilinx Z-7020 (ARM Cortex-A9 SoC with FPGA) and runs GNU/Linux. As long as your language can target ARMv7 Linux and can call into C libraries, it'll run on the roboRIO.
