as my own mother put it (here on the eve of our second): with one child, your world is turned upside down, but it's still essentially you're world they're living in. when you have 2, you live in their world. this is going to be fun. :)

Why save journalism at all? It's not in any danger. Some big companies that used to have monopolies on journalism are in danger, that's all.

Absolute opposite. They're the only viable revenue stream, but most papers don't realize this, and don't focus on it.
