Horizontally I can add as much displays as I want but as soon as my main ones are higher than a typical 32" height my eyes begin to suffer. Could be because top and bottom areas start to lie on too different focal planes. Horizontally

I suffered more about having to trash my perfectly fine fullhd monitor(s) that worked great with linux until the day before, just because they decided to drop subpixel hinting with latest macos versions. Now I need 5-6 times more pixels to

Not sure about minis but that was true for macbooks ten years ago, when you could easily upgrade memory, storage and batteries, and you could install a recent and fully working linux distro when apple stopped supporting you. That unfortunat

Partly agree, but it's not like you don't have to use resistors anywhere else with Arduino and the likes. Just to light up a LED you will need some and usually there are plenty included in starter kits. At least where I live there

What about other degrees? physics or math come to mind, they're probably self-taught at software engineering but they may have a problem solving and abstraction oriented mindset that far surpasses any ability to solve leetcode problems

most common practice I've seen at least with typical arduino/rpi sensors is fixed address for the same chip, sometimes you can change one or two bits so you can have two/four of the same kind in the same bus, sometimes you ha

Always hated breakout board producers for this pull-up resistor thing, especially since they are often targeted at the educational market. Why would you solder fixed pull-ups guaranteed to work only when it's just you in the bus (and n

There are plenty of other components in a bike besides the drivetrain where shimano doesn't dominate at all (frame, fork, shock, wheels, tyres, brakes, dropper posts, ...). On MTBs SRAM has bigger market share even in the drivetrain co
