Yeah, you would probably add some weighted sampling to it eg overweight those candidates who have lots of Github contributions.

It is more like do you specialist x, eg if you have fullstack engineer do you really need frontend developer or DevOps engineer, generally no but there is case where specialist might make big differences.

Problem is that is only a carrier creates a barrier to monetize the platform through ads. Nobody with a serious brand doesn't want to see ads next to nazi propaganda and some kinky furry porn.

I think problem with Reddit advertising is that you at least could not before doing laser-focused campaigns like try to advertise people who are subscribed to ReasonML and sysadmin subreddits.

I have never programmed Erlang but it feels like it is the currently only language that is some kind of secret weapon. It has similar aura than Lisp had before that with Erlang you can do stuff beyond "normal" languages.

It probably depends gym, at least gym where I did go did not do anything super dangerous and it was more powerlifting, bodyweight exercises and some kettlebells exercises. Most dangerous thing was probably box jumps and there instructor adv

Social media where you "speak with" sounds fantastic, but how you would do it Slack/IRC is one way do it, those have usually tightly knitted community but there is definitely other more creative ways do that.
